About Chasity
Chasity Choate is the training content lead at PHP Commercial Painting in Phoenix, AZ. She writes the scripts and produces the company's training content — PaintWorks U training videos, academy modules, and quizzes — and served as the subject-matter lead behind the PaintWorks platform, providing the operational input for nearly every part of the system in close partnership with the CTO. She helped build the estimating department into what it is today. With a background spanning IT and systems, business process analysis, and curriculum development — including 50+ courses built as a contract developer for Edovo — she brings a rare mix of technical skill and operational knowledge to the company.
