Paint Works Mobile App
Paint Works is an employee-only mobile application used by authorized PHP Commercial Painting team members. The app may collect and process:
- Employee account identifiers, including an email address and internal user ID, to authenticate the employee and apply role-based permissions.
- Precise location when an employee clocks in or out, to verify the assigned job site and create the requested time entry.
- Photos or videos selected or captured by an employee for upload to an authorized job record.
- Work-related activity, such as time entries, assignments, leave requests, alarm actions, job contacts, punch-list updates, and calling preferences, when the employee uses those features.
This information is linked to the employee’s company account and is used only to provide app and business functionality. PHP Commercial Painting does not use Paint Works mobile-app data for advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell it to third parties. Access to app data and features is limited by each employee’s role and permissions.
