About Amber
Amber Carter is the Business Development Manager at PHP Painting, bringing firsthand field experience and more than two years in the painting industry to her role. She began her career with PHP as a painter, giving her a practical understanding of jobsite conditions, production needs, and the level of craftsmanship our clients expect.
Since joining PHP in early 2025, Amber has advanced from Painter to Estimating Coordinator, then Estimator, and now Business Development Manager. Her experience across the field, estimating, and business development allows her to understand projects from multiple perspectives—from the initial opportunity and proposal process to successful execution in the field.
Amber uses her estimating background and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with general contractors, identify new opportunities, and support a smooth transition from preconstruction to production. Known for her work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable follow-through, she is committed to helping PHP Painting deliver exceptional service while supporting the company’s continued growth.
