Heather brings more than two decades of diverse professional experience spanning finance, human resources, and information technology within the refrigeration, heating, electrical, and plumbing industries. Her career has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to work across multiple departments, solve complex problems, manage priorities, and support both organizational and employee needs.
As a lifelong learner, Heather continues to invest in her professional development. She is currently pursuing her Personal Training certification through ISSA and studying toward the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate through Coursera. She combines her extensive professional background with a strong commitment to personal growth, analytical thinking, leadership, and helping others succeed.
