The new PHP Commercial Painting photo and video studio is ready to begin production today, February 10, 2025, completing the first phase of an office expansion that began five days ago.

PHP rented the neighboring office and connected it to the company’s existing space through a new doorway from the conference room. After construction, painting and carpet work, cameras, lighting, audio equipment, furniture and other production resources were relocated from Joshua Herbison’s former IdeaPro studio.
Podcast Recording Moves to PHP
One of the studio’s first uses will be producing the Workforce Skills with John Morris podcast.
Before the move, PHP owner John Morris traveled from the company’s office to the separate IdeaPro studio for each recording. With production now located next door, Morris could record episodes without leaving PHP’s office.
The dedicated space provided a consistent environment for cameras, microphones and lighting while making podcast production easier to incorporate into the company’s schedule.
Professional Employee Headshots
The studio is also ready to provide professional headshots for PHP employees.
Employees who did not already have a professional photograph could have one created, while employees with older photos could choose to have updated headshots taken. The images could then be used for company profiles, identification, marketing materials and other professional purposes.
A Flexible Office and Meeting Space
Although designed around photography and video production, the room would serve several everyday business purposes.
The studio would also become the office of PHP Chief Technology Officer Joshua Herbison. When it was not being used for production, the space could function as an additional meeting room or conference room for employees, company leadership and guests.
That flexibility gives PHP more than a specialized studio. The company now has production capabilities, workspace and meeting capacity within one connected area.
With the studio ready today, PHP can begin producing podcasts, training materials, interviews, marketing content and employee photography directly from its own office.
